Karl Lagerfeld leases Herengracht 174 in Amsterdam

IEF Real Estate Services has reached agreement with Karl Lagerfeld for a long-term lease for the building located at Herengracht 174 in Amsterdam. The monumental building was built in 1618 and has served as an office continuously since 1923. Herengracht 174 was recently completely renovated according to the design of architectural firm Heyligers Design + Projects.

Karl Lagerfeld will lease the entire property consisting of approximately 960 sq. m. of office space, opening its second branch next to its current location at Herengracht 182.
