AWOT Global leases 2,816 sq m at SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport

AWOT Global has signed a new lease agreement for approximately 2,816 sq m of industrial and office space at Barnsteen 9, located at SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport in Hoofddorp.

AWOT Global is an international logistics service provider specialising in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions. With its new location in Hoofddorp, AWOT Global is further expanding its operations in the Netherlands and will be able to accommodate its organisation from a single location. The new premises will enable AWOT Global to further support its activities and provide room for the continued growth of the organisation.

Barnsteen 9 is a new and sustainable industrial facility with a BREEAM Excellent certification. The building offers AWOT Global a combination of industrial space, mezzanine and office space. The location is part of SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport, which is home to several logistics and industrial facilities.

The lease agreement was concluded with SEGRO. Dils advised SEGRO on the transaction.
