TTEP leases 770 sq m of office space at WTC Amsterdam

CBRE Investment Management has signed a long-term lease agreement with TTEP, a leading European flexible power generation company jointly owned by TotalEnergies and EPH, for 770 m² of office space on the sixteenth floor of Tower One at World Trade Center Amsterdam.

Headquartered in Amsterdam and based at WTC Amsterdam, TTEP operates a portfolio of flexible power generation, biomass and energy storage assets across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy and France.

WTC Amsterdam is part of the CBRE Dutch Office Fund. Comprising nine towers and offering a total of 156,000 m² of office space, the complex is home to more than 350 companies.

In 2025, WTC Amsterdam celebrated its 40th anniversary. This milestone also marked the launch of the complex’s repositioning and renewed brand identity. Under the motto “Welcome To Change”, WTC Amsterdam gives a contemporary meaning to its well-known abbreviation, positioning itself as an ecosystem where experience and innovation come together.

The transaction was completed with the support of Dils, working in collaboration with CBRE on behalf of the landlord. Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of TTEP.
