Constant IT stays and expands within the Kauwgomballenfabriek

Constant IT has signed a new lease for 944 sqm of office space in the Kauwgomballenfabriek (KBF) Workshop on Paul van Vlissingenstraat in Amsterdam. The Amsterdam-based IT services provider specializing in IT management, cloud solutions and cybersecurity was already based in the Kauwgomballenfabriek and is expanding into a larger space  to support its continued growthThe landlords, Timeless Investments and Tristan Capital Partners, were advised by Dils; Constant IT was advised by Rent Review.

The Kauwgomballenfabriek Workshop offers turn-key office space that combines industrial heritage with contemporary amenities, in the vibrant Overamstel district close to Amsterdam Amstel station. The former industrial site is transforming into a mixed-use district for working and living, with space for creative and media-related companies. The building is well connected by car, public transport and bike.

An existing tenant choosing to expand within the same complex underlines the appeal of the Kauwgomballenfabriek as a workplace and Constant IT’s commitment to the location.
