Dils strengthens Office Leasing team with Enzo Peer

Dils welcomes Enzo Peer as Senior Consultant Office Leasing & Mid-Cap Investments. In this role, he will focus on further expanding Dils’ leasing activities and strengthening its market position in the Amsterdam office market.

Enzo brings extensive experience as a real estate advisor. After previously working at Dils as a working student, he went on to work at 1530 and DRS, where he focused on the Amsterdam office leasing market.

With his in-depth market knowledge, analytical approach and hands-on mentality, Enzo is a strong fit with Dils’ entrepreneurial and innovative culture. His commercial mindset, data-driven approach and broad experience across various real estate disciplines will contribute to the continued development of the Office Leasing team and Dils’ client-focused service offering.

The detached listed office villa has recently been fully renovated and will be delivered turnkey. The building features an A+ energy label, a private garden and on-site parking. The renovation was carried out by TBP Bouw B.V. based on a design by Claudio Varone.
