Real estate company Bun acquires development site in Soesterberg

Real estate company Bun from Almere has acquired a new development in Soesterberg: a future supermarket location with approximately 40 apartments.

Bun is active in the development, management, and renovation of residential, commercial, and retail spaces, and has a significant footprint particularly in supermarkets.

The (re)development in Soesterberg was taken over from the Putman family from Soesterberg, who independently completed the entire redevelopment process, from permits to participation and project development. Construction is scheduled to start in the second half of this year.

The plan includes a new supermarket location with approximately 40 apartments, consisting of both two- and three-room units arranged around a shared courtyard garden.
