Co-Office leases office space in Valley, Amsterdam 

Co-Office has leased 683 sq.m. of office space on the sixth floor of Valley in Amsterdam Zuidas. Van Gool Elburg—a Dils company advised the landlord, Bridgestone Mobility Solutions B.V., and Flexas represented Co-Office. 

Valley, designed by award-winning architect Winy Maas (MVRDV), is a mixed-use complex celebrated for its innovative design and sustainability. Developed by EDGE Technologies, it is owned by the RJB Group of Companies. This iconic landmark combines offices, residences, retail spaces, and cultural amenities. 

Co-Office provides tailored workspace solutions, including office spaces, flexible workstations, and virtual office services. Expanding its footprint in Amsterdam, this lease represents a pivotal step for Co-Office as it grows its presence in the city.
