Aratas Europe B.V. leases approximately 515 sq m at Transpolis

Dils advised Aratas Europe B.V. on the conclusion of a lease agreement for approximately 515 sq m of office space at Transpolis, located at Polarisavenue 1-101 in Hoofddorp. The leased space is situated on the first floor of Building C.

Transpolis is located in the Beukenhorst-Oost office park, close to the A4 motorway, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Hoofddorp railway station. The building comprises approximately 18,000 sq m of office space spread across seven floors and offers various amenities, including a restaurant and a full-service reception.

Aratas Europe B.V. is part of Aratas Corporation, a global Japanese manufacturer of electronic components, including relays, switches, connectors and sensors. Aratas Corporation was established on 1 July 2026 following the spin-off of OMRON’s electronic components business and became independent of the OMRON Group on 1 October 2026.

With its new location, Aratas Europe B.V. has secured office space in Hoofddorp that will serve as its European headquarters. From this location, the company will further develop and expand its activities across the EMEA region.
