Dils Living expands into the Southern Netherlands

Dils Netherlands is bringing its residential real estate activities together under one name: Dils Living. With its expansion into the Southern Netherlands, Dils is taking the next step in the further development of its Living platform in the Netherlands. From Amsterdam and the Southern Netherlands, the team advises investors and developers on residential investments, project development, positioning, marketing and sales.

With the appointment of Tijs Paijmans and Yvonne van Gelderen, Dils Living is strengthening its local presence in the Southern Netherlands. Drawing on their knowledge of the regional market, they will focus in particular on the key urban areas in Noord-Brabant, including Eindhoven, Tilburg, Breda, ’s-Hertogenbosch and the surrounding areas.

The Living advisors support developers with market and target audience analysis, positioning, pricing, marketing and sales.

Strengthening our presence in the Southern Netherlands

Tijs Paijmans joins Dils as Senior Advisor Living for the Southern Netherlands. He focuses on the commercial positioning, market approach and sales strategy of residential developments, with a particular focus on Tilburg, Eindhoven, Breda, ’s-Hertogenbosch and the surrounding areas. Tijs has a background in the sale of existing and newly built homes, valuations and real estate advisory. He brings extensive experience in both sales and advisory services for developers in the Brabant residential market.

Yvonne van Gelderen joins as Senior Advisor Living for the Southern Netherlands, bringing more than twenty years of experience in real estate development. She spent more than nine years as Commercial Manager at Heijmans Vastgoed and previously worked at Van Wijnen and JLL. In various roles, she has been involved in a range of area and residential developments and their commercial translation to the market, including INCK in Eindhoven, Willemspoort Zuid and Heesterburgh in Haverleij, ’s-Hertogenbosch.

With their arrival, Dils Living combines local market knowledge in the Southern Netherlands with Dils’ national expertise, data and international network. In doing so, Dils continues to strengthen its position in the Dutch residential market and supports investors and developers throughout the entire process, from investment strategy and development through to sales.

The building has a BREEAM Excellent certification and therefore meets stringent requirements in terms of sustainability and energy performance. The new warehouse supports Fokker Services Group’s ambition to further improve the sustainability of its logistics operations and make them future-proof.

The location is situated in the immediate vicinity of Schiphol Airport, offers prominent visibility along the A4 motorway, and is considered one of the highest-quality logistics developments in the region.

Fokker Services Group specialises in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components. Dils advised the organisation in its search for the new warehouse. CBRE acted as advisor to the landlord.
