Fokker Services Group chooses sustainable new warehouse in Hoofddorp

Fokker Services Group has signed a new lease agreement for a warehouse facility of approximately 8,200 sq m at Contouravenue 71–77 in Hoofddorp. By choosing this modern and energy-efficient warehouse, the organisation is taking an important step in implementing its sustainability strategy.

The building has a BREEAM Excellent certification and therefore meets stringent requirements in terms of sustainability and energy performance. The new warehouse supports Fokker Services Group’s ambition to further improve the sustainability of its logistics operations and make them future-proof.

The location is situated in the immediate vicinity of Schiphol Airport, offers prominent visibility along the A4 motorway, and is considered one of the highest-quality logistics developments in the region.

Fokker Services Group specialises in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components. Dils advised the organisation in its search for the new warehouse. CBRE acted as advisor to the landlord.
