DW Property leases restaurant space in Lovely Rita to Heinde in Amsterdam Sloterdijk

DW Property has leased approximately 350 sq. m of hospitality space in Lovely Rita (Naritaweg 10A1), Amsterdam Sloterdijk, to Heinde. Dils advised the landlord in this transaction.

Designed by INBO and completed in 2025, Lovely Rita is a mixed-use building that combines 345 apartments with commercial units. The project was developed by KWP/FLOW, constructed by Wessels Rijssen, and is owned by DW Property.

Heinde is a growing neighbourhood-focused restaurant concept. The new location offers direct access to the expanding residential and professional community in Sloterdijk, supporting the brand’s focus on approachable, local dining.
