Hanab leases 3,900 sq.m of office space in Zwolle

Hanab, a specialist in energy, technology and connectivity, has leased the entire office building at Hanzelaan 320–328 in Zwolle, comprising approximately 3,900 sq.m of office space over three floors. The property is located in the Hanzeland office park, directly adjacent to Zwolle Central Station and the IJsselallee ring road. Dils advised Hanab in this transaction. The landlord, Kondor Wessels Projecten, was represented by Oostas Makelaars.

The modern office building has energy label A, a representative entrance, turn-key office and meeting areas, and generous on-site parking. Its prominent position near the A28 ensures excellent accessibility by both car and public transport.

Hanab will relocate its Distribution division and part of its Energy Solutions division to the building.
