Leading Italian logistics firm Savino Del Bene has secured a lease for a strategic logistics facility located at Smaragdlaan 16 in Hoofddorp. The property includes approximately 2,000 sq. m of warehouse space, 1,362 sq. m of office space, a 150 sq. m mezzanine, and 31 dedicated parking spots. Van Gool Elburg – a Dils company, represented the landlord, Kerry Logistics (Netherlands), in this transaction.
