Dils advised the landlord in this transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by INBO and completed in 2025, Lovely Rita is a mixed-use building that combines 345 apartments with commercial units. The project was developed by KWP\/FLOW, constructed by Wessels Rijssen, and is owned by DW Property.<\/p>\n<p>Heinde is a growing neighbourhood-focused restaurant concept.
