Dils advised G&amp;S&amp; in this transaction.<\/p>\n<p>De Naut is a newly developed office building on the NDSM-werf with approximately 1,650 sq.m of lettable floor area and is fully leased to Candid Group B.V., an internationally operating marketing and communications group.<\/p>\n<p>The five-storey office building was designed by DOK Architecten and forms part of the Nautisch NDSM project, a transforming waterfront district on the IJ.
