Candid Group B.V. has secured approximately 1,650 sq.m. of office space in De Naut, a striking five-story building at the heart of Amsterdam\u2019s dynamic NDSM-Wharf. Represented by New Real Estate, Candid Group signed the lease in collaboration with the developer, G&S&, who was advised by Van Gool Elburg \u2013 a Dils company.<\/p>\n

De Naut is part of the NDSM, an ambitious redevelopment of Amsterdam\u2019s historic shipyard into a dynamic 24\/7 mixed-use district. The area seamlessly blends residential, office, cultural, and recreational spaces.
