Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten becomes part of Dils Group. Dils, the fast-growing Italian real estate services company, has acquired a majority stake in Van Gool Elburg as its first step toward European expansion. The current partners of Van Gool Elburg will be responsible to set the course in the Netherlands as co-shareholders and will change the name to Dils Nederland.<\/h3>\n

Van Gool Elburg, as part of Dils Group<\/strong><\/a>, wants to further strengthen its proposition for clients, making optimal use of Dils’ international network and expertise around the digital transition. For the coming years, a growth strategy has been developed for Dils Netherlands that foresees broadening its services in the logistics, residential and hospitality sectors.<\/p>\n

Fastest growing commercial real estate advisor in Italy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The history of Dils began in 2019 with the merger of GVA Redilco and Sigest, creating Italy’s fastest growing commercial real estate advisor. The company grew from 40 employees in 2015 to 170 at the end of 2022 and the turnover went from \u20ac 6 to almost \u20ac 60 million during this period. At the end of 2021, GVA Redilco and Sigest continued as Dils with the ambition to grow into an international real estate advisor in continental Europe.<\/p>\n
