VDG Real Estate Secures Kerry Logistics as Long-Term Tenant in New Warehouse 

VDG Real Estate has leased a new warehouse in Hoofddorp to Kerry Logistics, advised by Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten – a Dils Company. 

The lease encompasses approximately 4,554 sqm of warehouse space, 714 sqm of office space, a mezzanine of 421 sqm, and 58 parking spaces at Willem Brocadusdreef 10 in Hoofddorp. 

Kerry Logistics is a global 3PL provider offering freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. This strategic location enables Kerry Logistics to optimize operations and accelerate future growth. 

The long-term agreement represents the alignment of the space between the two parties, with Van Gool Elburg facilitating the transaction.
