Dils Netherlands is seeking a working student to join its Capital Markets team in Amsterdam. The team advises institutional and private investors on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate across the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities
You will support the Capital Markets team on both analytical and commercial activities, including:
- Conducting market research on potential investment opportunities and real estate assets
- Analyzing market and property data to support transaction strategies
- Engaging with property owners and market participants to identify opportunities
- Supporting the preparation of pitches, presentations, and sales processes
- Contributing ideas on asset positioning and new commercial opportunities
You will not only support the team operationally but will also have the opportunity to take initiative and develop your understanding of real estate transactions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial student with a strong interest in real estate and investments.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders and market participants
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
