(Senior) consultant offices – agency
As a (senior) consultant offices agency, you will be part of the team involved in advising (institutional) real estate investors and developers on the strategic positioning, marketing and leasing of office buildings. Van Gool Elburg has a leasing portfolio of high-quality buildings in Amsterdam and is focused on the premier segment of the market.
The team furthermore advises various occupiers throughout the Netherlands on their real estate strategy, varying from providing strategic advice, re-negotiating lease contracts or finding alternative office locations.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Proactively approaching occupiers for office properties in our portfolio
- Viewings of office buildings with occupiers
- Conducting commercial negotiations with occupiers, real estate investors and developers
- Taking care of proper contractual documentation
- Advising real estate investors and developers on the strategic positioning, marketing and leasing strategy of office buildings
- Advising occupiers on their real estate strategy
- Investigating alternative office locations for occupiers
What we are looking for:
- HBO or University Degree
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- An entrepreneurial spirit where own initiatives and ideas are welcomed
- A strong commercial drive
- Good presentation skills
- Sound language skills in both Dutch and English

Office building Aurora in the Amsterdam city center consists of around 10.000 m² office space. Our firm has advised UBS Asset Management on the acquisition of the building. Aurora will be totally renovated by UBS. Our office is on behalf of UBS responsible for the leasing of the building.
New office Greenberg Traurig LLP

We have been instructed by law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP to advise them on finding a new office location in Amsterdam. Our firm has investigated several available office alternatives and has ultimately negotiated a new lease agreement in the new development Valley at the South Axis in Amsterdam.
