(Senior) consultant industrial & logistics – capital markets

As a (senior) consultant industrial & logistics capital markets, you will be part of the team involved in advising (institutional) real estate investors and developers on the acquisition and sale of industrial and logistic buildings. Your responsibilities include proactively looking for new propositions for clients, advising on commercial negotiations and conducting due diligence processes. The Dutch market is served from the Amsterdam office. In addition to the close cooperation with the Dutch team you will be in close contact with the industrial & logistics capital markets team in Milan in order to provide optimal service to our (international) clients.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Proactively looking for interesting investment propositions for clients
• Managing sales processes
• Conducting market analyses
• Conducting commercial negotiations
• Conducting due diligence processes
• Providing financial underwritings

What we are looking for:

• University Degree
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• An entrepreneurial spirit where own initiatives and ideas are welcomed
• A strong commercial drive
• Good presentation skills
• Sound language skills in both Dutch and English
