Today Real Estate Development will relocate its headquarters to the top floor of the award-nominated Kauwgomballenfabriek (KBF Warehouse) in Amsterdam. Scheduled for early 2025, the company will lease approximately 700 sq. m of office space. Van Gool Elburg—a Dils company—facilitated the lease agreement on behalf of the landlord, part of the Episo 5 fund owned by Timeless Investments and Tristan Capital Partners. Colliers advised Today Real Estate Development.
