TCC Global relocates to WTC Amsterdam

Dils advised CBRE Investment Management on the relocation of TCC Global to approximately 900 sq m of office space on the 17th floor of Tower Eight at WTC Amsterdam.

TCC Global is an international retail performance company that develops programmes for retailers and brands aimed at increasing customer loyalty, sales and customer engagement. With the relocation within the Zuidas, TCC Global has selected a high-quality office environment that supports collaboration, interaction and different ways of working.

Tower Eight at WTC Amsterdam offers a prominent location in the Zuidas and provides an international business environment that accommodates a wide range of occupiers. The approximately 900 sq m office space on the 17th floor provides TCC Global with a flexible and collaborative working environment. Together with Casper Schwarz and WeMake, the office was designed around TCC Global’s identity, with a layout that combines focused work with collaboration and interaction, while also taking employee wellbeing into account.
