STR Transport leases logistics facility at Doornhoek 3860 in Veghel

STR Transport has signed a lease for a modern logistics facility at Doornhoek 3860 in Veghel. The transaction involves approximately 8,207 square metres of space, including warehouse, mezzanine and office space. Dream Advisors, the owner of the property, was advised by Dils in this transaction.

The stand-alone facility is part of a well-established business park with direct access to the A50 motorway. This location provides excellent connections to Eindhoven, Nijmegen and key logistics hubs across North Brabant.
