The realisation of a tenant assignment starts with a careful analysis of the demands and wishes of the organisation, translated by us into a strategic, spatial and constructional Programme of Requirements (In Dutch: ‘Programma van Eisen’, PvE).
Based on this PvE, the options are mapped out. The client is given the opportunity to make a thorough decision regarding its future housing.

Our office has assisted Inmark Europe B.V., a market leader in, among others life science packaging and transport, with the lease of approximately 9,000 sq. m. of logistics space as well as 1,000 sq. m. of office space located at Aletta Jacobsweg 5/Clara Zetkinweg 1-3 in Tilburg.
