RJB Group of Companies leases approximately 3,000 sq. m. office space at Stadhouderskade 1 in Amsterdam

RJB Group of Companies has leased the total office building located at Stadhouderskade 1 in Amsterdam to Miro (RealTime Board). The building has a lettable floor area of approximately 3,000 sq. m. office space.

The building on Stadhouderskade 1 is a listed building located at the beginning of Overtoom and was designed in the so-called ‘Amsterdam School Style’. A unique feature of the building is that it has a spacious roof terrace, its own jetty and a large number of parking spaces in the adjacent car park.

RealTime Board is a developer of an online collaboration tool where remote teams collaborate in a digital environment. Established in 2011, RealTime Board has grown into an international company with joint headquarters in Amsterdam and San Francisco with hubs in several cities including Austin, Tokyo, Sydney and Berlin, among others.

Van Gool Elburg Real Vastgoedspecialisten initiated the transaction in which they assisted RJB Group of Companies commercially throughout the process. VGE Real Estate Management will manage the building on behalf of the landlord.
