Nuveen Real Estate acquires office building in Amsterdam from HighBrook Investors

HighBrook Investors, an US based private equity real estate investor, has sold the office building at the Prinses Irenestraat 59 in Amsterdam to the international real estate investor Nuveen Real Estate. Developer G&S Vastgoed advises Nuveen Real Estate with regard to the renovation possibilities of the office building. The building, built in the early 1970s, offers the opportunity to add value at this location. With a total surface of approximately 14,000 sq. m., it is one of the last properties with renovation potential on the South Axis within walking distance of train station Amsterdam South. The sale of the office building is a share transaction, the investment volume will not be disclosed.
