King Louie leases office space in The Bubble

King Louie, an international clothing brand, has signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 1,100 sq. m. of office space in building “The Bubble” located at Pedro de Medinalaan 11 in Amsterdam. With the lease to King Louie, the building is fully let.

The Bubble is located at Steigereiland in the IJburg area, just 13 minutes by public transport from the Amsterdam Central Station. IJburg is currently developing into a neighborhood where living, working and recreation on the waterfront go together.
