JCDecaux moves to KBF Warehouse in Amsterdam Overamstel

Timeless Investments has signed a lease agreement with JCDecaux for approximately 700 m² on the 4th floor of KBF Warehouse. The lease commenced in January 2025, making JCDecaux the first tenant in this recently renovated and sustainable building. Van Gool Elburg acted in this transaction on behalf of Episo 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and Timeless Investments. JCDecaux was advised by 1530 Real Estate.

KBF Warehouse comprises approximately 7,000 m² of office space and is part of the historic complex De Kauwgomballenfabriek (KBF), which has been transformed into a modern and inspiring office space, primarily aimed at creative businesses. The building, located in the emerging Kauwgomballenkwartier in Amsterdam, combines historical elements with a contemporary design.
