The lease commenced in January 2025, making JCDecaux the first tenant in this recently renovated and sustainable building. Van Gool Elburg acted in this transaction on behalf of Episo 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners and Timeless Investments. JCDecaux was advised by 1530 Real Estate.
