HighBrook Investors divests Quarter Offices

HighBrook Investors, a New York based real estate private equity firm, has sold the Quarter Offices Portfolio comprising Quarter Podium, Quarter Avenue and Quarter Plaza in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. The three high quality assets totals 26,150 sq.m. LFA and 431 parking spaces and house major tenants such as Aon, DPA, Maandag and Robert Half International.

HighBrook acquired the properties together with its asset manager, Equity Estate, through three separate transactions over the last two and half years.  It then completed full building renovations to each of the properties in order to reposition them as a Class A portfolio with a common brand, services and amenities. During its ownership, over 22,000 square meters of leasing was completed which brought the occupancy of the portfolio from less than 10 percent to 86 percent.

The office portfolio is sold to Hill Top 4, a joint venture between Arzan Wealth and Equity Estate. Hill Top 4 acquired the properties by acquisition of the shares.

In a co-listing with Cushman & Wakefield Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten acted as commercial advisor to HighBrook Investors.
