Forma Real Estate Funds acquires the ‘Eiffel’ office building in Arnhem

A private investor has sold the ‘Eiffel’ office building to Israeli investment fund Forma Real Estate Funds. This is the fund’s third acquisition since its launch in mid-2017. The building, located directly on the Velperbroekcircuit IJsseloord II traffic hub, is visible from the A12 motorway. Access by car to the building is excellent from the A15 and A50 motorways with direct connections to Nijmegen, Utrecht, Amsterdam and Germany.

The total floorspace comprises approximately 5,700 sq. m. of office space, distributed across five floors and includes 153 parking spaces in the parking garage below. The entire building is rented by the Eiffel consultancy agency. Eiffel is a commercial service provider offering solutions for legal, financial and process-based challenges. Van Gool Elburg supervised this transaction on behalf of the seller.
