EDGE has leased approximately 721 sq. m. LFA office space to Ysquare in the West Tower of the Valley office building located on the Amsterdam South Axis. Ysquare is a law firm that specializes in the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes.

EDGE has also leased approximately 1,058 sq. m. LFA office space in the North Tower to the private equity company IK Investment Partners. IK Investment Partners focuses on investing in companies with a strong underlying potential. The company is currently already located in the CBD  of Amsterdam.

Valley is in the final stage of development and is expected to be completed in June 2021. Valley will be a mixed-use building with 75,000 sq. m. of office space, residential units, retail and cultural facilities. Currently, on behalf of EDGE, approximately 1,800 sq. m. LFA office space is still available in the South Tower, divided over two floors (1,000 sq. m. and 800 sq. m.). There is also space available for shops and restaurants. All residential units consist of  non-regulated rental apartments. The complex is owned by the Dutch RJB Group of Companies, which intends to keep Valley in its possession for the long term.
