Candid Group signs lease at De Naut, NDSM-Wharf, Amsterdam

Candid Group B.V. has secured approximately 1,650 sq.m. of office space in De Naut, a striking five-story building at the heart of Amsterdam’s dynamic NDSM-Wharf. Represented by New Real Estate, Candid Group signed the lease in collaboration with the developer, G&S&, who was advised by Van Gool Elburg – a Dils company.

De Naut is part of the NDSM, an ambitious redevelopment of Amsterdam’s historic shipyard into a dynamic 24/7 mixed-use district. The area seamlessly blends residential, office, cultural, and recreational spaces. De Naut boasts stunning waterfront views, an iconic orange façade, and a central location near restaurants, hotels, and creative hubs.

Candid Group, a leading platform uniting marketing, media, and creative agencies, will establish its new home in De Naut.
