Antenna Secures Lease in NOW Building at Park 20|20

Antenna V.O.F. has signed a lease agreement for approximately 700 sq.m. of office space in the NOW Building at Park 20|20, Hoofddorp. With this lease, the building is now fully occupied. Van Gool Elburg – a Dils company facilitated this successful transaction on behalf of the landlord, Amundi, and their asset manager, Sienna Investment Managers. SMC Consultants advised Antenna.

The NOW Building is the first multi-tenant building at Park 20|20, a pioneering sustainable office park developed according to Cradle-to-Cradle® principles. The building features a modern design with natural materials, ample natural light, and a healthy working environment.

This move places Antenna—a personal recruitment agency with a 25-year history in the region and multiple offices across the Netherlands—at the heart of this dynamic business hub. This strategic relocation aligns with the increasing demand for sustainable and high-quality office spaces in prime locations.
