The Poseidon Building, situated at the Johanna Westerdijkplein 107-115, in The Hague has been sold to a private investor.

Poseidon has been developed in 1997 and has an energy A-label; consists of approximately 8,596 square meters and is leased to 5 multiple tenants. The building is located in the Laakhaven District, which is strategically situated on the southeast side of the city center of The Hague. It is characterized by a dynamic environment due to a good mix of functions.
