The Poseidon Building, situated at the Johanna Westerdijkplein 107-115, in The Hague has been sold to a private investor.

Poseidon has been developed in 1997 and has an energy A-label; consists of approximately 8,596 square meters and is leased to 5 multiple tenants. The building is located in the Laakhaven District, which is strategically situated on the southeast side of the city center of The Hague. It is characterized by a dynamic environment due to a good mix of functions. Residential buildings, The Hague University of Applied sciences, several amenities from Subway, Starbucks to Albert Heijn and Jumbo are all present in the direct surroundings of Poseidon.

Additionally, large redeveloped schemes are planned in the near future. Thereby further improving the attractiveness of the area in general.
