A group of private investors sold the office building at Frederiksplein 42 in Amsterdam to the M&G European Property Fund.
The office building, located in the vicinity of the Nederlandsche Bank in the city center of Amsterdam, has a floor area of 2,605 sq. m. office space and is fully let to Amsterdam Internet Exchange.
Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) is the most important internet hub in the Netherlands. A very large part of internet traffic with foreign countries and the flow of data between Dutch internet providers is handled via the AMS-IX network.
During this transaction the vendor was assisted by Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten B.V.
