A fund managed by Savills IM sells Snekerkade 1 in Leeuwarden

A local consortium of investors, led by Paiva Projectontwikkeling B.V., has acquired Snekerkade 1 in Leeuwarden from a fund managed by Savills Investment Management.

The office asset comprises approximately 12,000 sq m of office space across seven interconnected volumes. Recently refurbished, it is fully occupied by among others ASR, the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and Regiecentrum Bescherming en Veiligheid.

The property offers generous floor plates, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and focus zones, providing flexibility for diverse workstyles, while the waterside location enhances the overall working environment.

Dils advised the seller on this transaction, alongside HVG Law, K&L Gates and Provier, while the buyers were advised by REND, Acquario and Trip Advocaten en Notarissen.
