Bart Hermans joined Van Gool Elburg, A Dils Company as a senior consultant on November 1, 2023. Bart is part of the new industrial & logistics team and will focus on capital markets within the team.

With extensive experience in the logistics real estate sector, Bart brings a lot of knowledge and insight into the sector. For the past 8 years, Bart has worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was part of the capital markets industrial & logistics team. With his expertise, Bart is an important asset to Van Gool Elburg’s ambition to further expand services in the logistics real estate sector.
