amsterdam&partners has secured a lease for a 1,159 sq. m. floor at The One building. Located at the NDSM-Wharf in Amsterdam, this multi-tenant building is owned by MMZ Properties. Van Gool Elburg – a Dils company represented the landlord, while Colliers advised the amsterdam&partners in this transaction.

The One, constructed in 2010 and recently renovated, holds an energy label A and features a roof terrace with views of the IJ and Amsterdam’s city center. It also offers modern amenities such as a coffee bar, gym, and flexible workspaces.
