Ciphix rents office space in Vivaldi

Breevast recently concluded a lease agreement with Ciphix for approximately 816 m2 in the Vivaldi office building located at Antonio Vivaldistraat 50-66 on the Amsterdam Zuidas. The building contains approximately 7,000 m² of office space and is fully leased as a result of this transaction.

Ciphix started a buy-and-build growth strategy with Mentha in May 2023 to realize its growth ambitions. This partly resulted in the acquisition of Webflight in September 2023 and most recently in the acquisition of Bizzomate last July. Due to the acquisitions, the company now consists of approximately 170 colleagues who work from Rotterdam, Valkenburg, and Amsterdam.
